The Moose Mountain Bike Trail Society has the stated mission to: To advocate, develop, and maintain mountain bike trails and to promote active, fun, environmentally responsible community involvement. This crew of trailbuilding locals holds twoonie races and movie premiere events to help raise funds to keep these trails accessible and well maintained. Become a member and donate if you can!

This annual festival in Canmore is going into its 4th year. Mark your calendar for June 26-28, 2020 and come for some test rides, food or entertainment.

With a focus on Canmore and area, CAMBA’s mandate is to advocate for mountain biking and strive for a vibrant and exciting trail system for all ages and abilities.

BMX Racing in and around Calgary

Would you like to get involved in a rad Olympic sport? There are a few great BMX racing clubs in and around Calgary and they have divisions for all age groups.

Calgary BMX

Calgary BMX Racing is a 100% Canadian, not-for-profit sport association who, for over the past 30 years, has been organized and run by its dedicated volunteers. BMX Racing is an exciting summer sport for the entire family to enjoy where every rider, regardless of skill level, participates and competes.

Cochrane BMX

Cochrane BMX association, providing leadership in the promotion and quality physical activity of cycling, where by enhancing the sport of BMX racing with a sense of community spirit. Our riders, members and volunteers are our greatest asset.

Airdrie BMX

Airdrie BMX was founded in 1993.

The club has  grown to roughly 150 members and now the children of some of the original racers are training at and representing Airdrie BMX in their sporting careers

Okotoks BMX

Our Club would like to welcome you to this amazing sport!  We are a family oriented Club and have riders of all ages as members.

Alberta-based race team supporting and promoting women in competitive mountain sports

Shred Sisters are a group of passionate women dedicated to improving your mountain biking skills in a fun and safe environment. We provide high quality teaching lead by the best local coaches. We are committed to your learning and laughter!

Formed in 2004, Spin Sisters Mountain Bike Club (SSMBC) is a progressive women’s only mountain biking club in the Calgary region that brings together adult (18+) riders of all abilities to enjoy the sport.

Moose Mountain

Moose Mountain is located about 40 minutes West of Calgary, just past Bragg Creek. The trail heads are accessible by road, so you can shuttle if you have friends, or contact Alberta66MTB for a variety of courses, group rides and bike related transport services. These trails are built and maintained by MMBTS (Moose Mountain Bike Trail Society), which is a non profit organization.

Buying an MMBTS memberships really helps to maintain these trails, as well as access to the trails, AND it gets you a plethora of other benefits like invites to special events, and discounts at local shops.
